Gujarati ~ School

With the blessings of Devi Saraswati Mata and the support of our Trustees and Committee Members,
Shree Ram Mandir Gujarati School, has been running for more than 28 years.
It was our Head Teacher Arunaben Kanabar’s dream, to have a school that allows our children to learn and connect with our Gujarati roots, culminating in keeping the culture and language alive within our community.

The school runs every Wednesday and Thursday from 6:30pm to 8:00pm. The classes begin from age 6 right through to GCSE Level. Children are able to exercise their Gujarati reading and writing skills as well as giving them the opportunity to build their self-confidence and develop their ability in speaking the language.

Our Teachers

Our expert faculty of teachers are native speakers and are well versed in the latest methodology of language teaching. All of our teachers strive to provide a well-rounded education in all four elements: listening, speaking, reading and writing whilst also bringing an immersive cultural experience to the classroom. All of our teaching staff are highly trained and have DBS clearance.
